About SHA Workshop
        The Safety Home Address Workshop is a specially designed tool to make it easy for fundraising groups to track and order their products. It eliminates the need to count everything required to fill your orders and will produce build sheets from which you can easily assemble the products.

Group ID
        When you first start the program you will be asked for your Group ID. This number was supplied to you by your distributor and tells us where to send the items that you have ordered. It also identifies you in the system as a valid fundraising group.

Click the enter button to continue after entering your Group ID.

Order Entry
        This is where you will find yourself the most. This module is used to enter each item. Starting from the left and moving to the right, select options as you go to build the product. As you make selections you will be presented with a sample image of what it is that you are entering.

Step 2
Select a color by clicking on it.

Step 3
Enter the address for this item. You can enter an X here if you don’t want any digits for this item.

Step 4
Enter the initials of the seller. You will need this to get products back to the seller for assembly and delivery. You may leave this field blank if it’s an extra item.

Step 1
Select a product by clicking on it’s image.

 

Step 5
Click Enter to enter the item into the database.

Status
This displays the summary of the current item as you enter it as well as the last 4 items you entered. It will help you keep your place when entering orders from order sheets.

Order Entry Defaults
        Here you can set your default selections for product type and color! This means that when you go back to Order Entry, your selections made for defaults will automatically be entered for you. You have only to enter the address digits and initials! If you are selling a limited selection of products, you may set your most common product as default and save on a lot of clicking. Just click on a product form to select a product as default then select a color.
        You don’t have to choose a product form and color. You can set only a product form or a color. If you have chosen just a color, you only need to select a form and you will see that it comes up right away in your default selected color. This is great for covering areas where a specific color is mandated.
        If you want a different item then the one you had selected for your default, but don’t want to change your default, go ahead and make a different selection. It will record the item as you set it and then restore your default choices for the next item.
        Click on the Clear Defaults button to remove all defaults.

Default Product
Click on a form to make that form a default.

Default Color
Click on a color to make that color a default.

 
 

Clear Defaults
Click to remove all default selections.

Selection Samples
This shows you a sample and description of the selections you have made for defaults.

View Order
        This module is where you go to view, change, or remove the items you have entered. All items are listed and may be browsed through.
        To select an item for editing or deletion, click on the box by it. This places an X in the box and marks it as selected. An item will remain selected until you edit it or click the box again.

Items
These are the items you have entered.

Check
Click in the box beside the item you wish to edit to mark it as selected. Click again to deselect.

 

Order Summary
This area displays the current quantities of items you have entered. The quantities are listed in their corresponding color.

Exit
-Exit the SHA Workshop program.

Edit
These buttons facilitate deletion and editing of items.
Check All-Checks ALL items.
Un-Check All-
Un-Checks ALL items.
Delete Checked Items-
Deletes items that are checked.
Edit Checked Items-
Takes you to Order Edit
where you can edit items you have checked.
Delete All Items-
Deletes ALL items in the database.

Order Edit
        This is where you go to edit the items you have checked. Care must be taken when changing items because when a change is made, the item is changed immediately and there isn’t an undo to save you. Make changes in the same manner as you would in the Order Entry module.
        Use the edit menu to navigate between the items you have selected for editing. When your changes are complete, click the Return/Finished button to return to the View Order module.

Change Product
Click on a form to change the item to that product.

Change Color
Click on a color to change the item to that color.

 

Item Number
This is the item number of the item that you are currently editing.
 

Edit
These are the tools needed to navigate through your edit process.
Prev-Navigate to the previous item.
Next-Navigate to the next item.
Return/Finished-Click when finished to return to View Order.
Delete This Item-Delete the current item.

Workshop
        This is where it all comes together! You go here to see statistics about your order and to Finalize that order.

Panels & Posts
A summary of quantities for each item and color.

3 Inch Numbers
A summary of quantities for each number of 3inch numbers.

4 Inch Numbers
A summary of qfor each number of 4inch numbers.

Current Sales
This shows sales statistics for the current order.
Total Items-The total number of items entered.
Total Digits-The total number of digits entered.
Order Cost-A running total of items ordered.
Order Profit-A running total of profit potential.

Current Sellers
This is where you can find statistics about the sellers of items you have entered.
Current Sellers-Total number of current sellers.
Items per Seller-
Average number of items sold per seller.
Value per Seller-Average profit value sold per seller.

Top Sellers
These are the top 3 sellers and the amount of sales in profit they have done.

Past Sales
These are stats of ALL past orders combined.
Items Total-Total number past items.
Digits Total-Total number of past digits.
Profits Total-Total profit value of past orders.

These are the links to other modules.
Order Entry-Return to enter more items into your order.
View Order-View and edit the items you have entered so far.
Order Defaults-Set default selections for product form and color.
Exit-Exit the SHA Workshop program.

Finalize!
Click these 4 buttons to complete and send in your order!
1st Place Order-After you click this button, your current order will be sent to SHA to be processed within 48 hours.
2nd Print Buildsheets-This will print out sheets to cut apart and hand out to those that are assembling the items. Each item will be grouped with like items by the seller’s initials.
3rd Backup Data-Click here to backup your current data before continuing on to Clear Data.
4th Clear Data-The final step is to clear all current data to prepare for a new round of orders. Be sure to backup your data beforehand, just in case!
